Questions about fit, use and licensing
How much setup is required?
Open the Start Here guide and workbook, then enter the store, environment, release and scope details. The workbook explains the input fields and the report opens in a modern desktop browser. There is no account or hosted application to configure.
Will developers, QA and operations teams understand it?
The checks use preconditions, steps and expected results instead of relying on a job title. Your team still needs enough store and platform knowledge to run each applicable test and judge the evidence.
Can I inspect the actual product before buying?
Yes. The screenshots on this page come from the product, and the free PDF contains 12 checks across all eight stages. The populated report preview uses clearly labeled fictional data.
Does this test my store automatically?
No. Your team runs the checks and records outcomes. The system helps structure the evidence, results and release decision.
Does it replace Jira, Asana or our project-management process?
No. Use your project-management system for scheduling, assignments and team communication. This product keeps the release test record, findings, evidence and decision together.
Does it work for Shopify?
Yes. The checks describe platform-neutral ecommerce journeys. Scope each release to the Shopify features, apps, payment methods and operational paths the store uses.
Does it work for Magento or Adobe Commerce?
Yes. Scope the checks to the store's Magento or Adobe Commerce configuration, extensions, checkout, integrations and release process. The product does not inspect the platform automatically.
What happens when ecommerce platforms change?
You may keep using the downloaded version. Product updates released within 12 months of purchase are included, but no update schedule is promised. Your team remains responsible for adding store-specific checks when a platform or extension changes the release scope.
Can agencies use it repeatedly?
The Agency license covers one agency legal entity and up to 10 distinct client release reports per calendar month. The edition license included with the product defines the complete usage terms.
Can clients receive the reports?
Yes. The Agency license permits delivery of branded rendered PDF or printed reports. It does not permit redistribution of the blank workbook, HTML application or project JSON. A client that needs the working tools should purchase its own Merchant license.
Is this a certification, compliance review or security audit?
No. It is a manual QA and release-record system. It does not certify a store, replace specialist compliance or security work, or guarantee a defect-free release.
Does a high score mean the store is safe to release?
No. Scores describe entered coverage and results. A named human decision owner must review blockers, evidence, scope and accepted risk.
What support is included?
File-access and usage help is available through Titan support. Store testing, implementation, consulting and investigation are separate services.
What if it does not fit our workflow?
Review the product screenshots and free 12-check sample before buying. If you are unsure about a specific workflow, contact Titan support before purchase. Digital purchases follow the checkout terms and applicable consumer rights.
