How Titan Tech Collects, Uses & Protects Information

Effective Date: May 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Titan Tech (“Titan Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through titantechhq.com, our inquiries, client interactions, hosted services, software-development and engineering services, diagnostics, technical support, and related business operations (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies to information we collect as a business operating our own Site and services. When Titan Tech accesses or processes data on behalf of a client in connection with hosting, maintenance, development, diagnostics, migrations, or support, our handling of that client-controlled data may also be governed by the applicable contract, statement of work, master services agreement, or data processing terms with that client.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • your name, company name, title, email address, telephone number, and mailing or billing information;
  • contact-form inquiries, project descriptions, requested services, communications, and feedback;
  • client account information, login details, support requests, uploaded files, and documentation;
  • proposal, contract, billing, invoice, transaction, subscription, and payment-related information;
  • information submitted in connection with an audit, diagnostic review, development engagement, hosting account, maintenance request, or security-remediation project; and
  • any other information you choose to provide when communicating or doing business with us.

Payment Information

Titan Tech uses third-party invoicing and payment service providers, including Dubsado and its payment-processing integrations, to administer proposals, invoices, and payments. When you pay an invoice or enter payment information, payment-card or banking information is provided to the applicable payment processor. Titan Tech may receive transaction status, limited payment details, billing contact information, invoice history, and records reasonably necessary for accounting, customer support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and contract administration.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site or interact with Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

  • IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and device information;
  • pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, visit dates and times, interaction events, and navigation activity;
  • cookie identifiers, pixels, tags, local-storage information, advertising or analytics identifiers, and consent preferences;
  • authentication, security, error, performance, access, server, application, database, infrastructure, and diagnostic logs; and
  • information used to detect fraud, abuse, malicious traffic, attacks, availability issues, or technical failures.

Information We Access While Providing Client Services

Our work frequently requires secure access to client systems. Depending on the engagement, Titan Tech may access, receive, store, transmit, or otherwise process client-provided or client-controlled data, including websites, application files, source code, repositories, databases, server logs, analytics, backups, administrative credentials, API credentials, customer or order information, payment integration configurations, and other information necessary to provide hosting, development, diagnostics, migrations, maintenance, remediation, or technical support.

For client-controlled data, the client is responsible for determining the legal basis for collection and disclosure to Titan Tech, providing required privacy notices, responding to its end users, and instructing Titan Tech regarding processing, unless applicable law or a written agreement provides otherwise.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following business and operational purposes:

  • to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, prepare proposals, and communicate with prospective or current clients;
  • to provide hosting, development, engineering, consulting, diagnostics, maintenance, monitoring, migration, security-remediation, and related Services;
  • to establish, administer, authenticate, secure, and support client accounts and hosted environments;
  • to issue invoices, process transactions, collect amounts due, maintain business records, and resolve payment disputes;
  • to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, analyze, improve, and monitor the Site and Services;
  • to detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to security incidents, malicious traffic, fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, and legal claims;
  • to understand Site usage, measure performance, improve our content and services, and evaluate marketing effectiveness;
  • to comply with contracts, legal obligations, lawful requests, court orders, and regulatory requirements;
  • to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and enforce our agreements; and
  • for other purposes disclosed at collection or with your consent.

3. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and related technologies, such as pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar tools, to operate the Site, remember preferences, protect forms and infrastructure, understand visitor activity, measure performance, and evaluate outreach or advertising effectiveness.

Current technologies and providers may include:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for website analytics, event measurement, and tag administration;
  • Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness;
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag, for business-audience insights, advertising measurement, and campaign effectiveness;
  • Cloudflare, for content delivery, performance, availability, traffic management, and security protection;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile and/or Google reCAPTCHA, for detecting bots, abuse, automated submissions, and malicious traffic;
  • New Relic, for application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, error analysis, and technical diagnostics; and
  • Dubsado, for inquiry, proposal, contract, invoicing, workflow, and payment-related business administration.

Some analytics or advertising technologies, such as the Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag, may allow the applicable provider to collect information regarding your interaction with our Site and use that information under its own privacy terms. Depending on applicable state law, certain disclosures to advertising or analytics providers may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising, even though Titan Tech does not sell personal information for money.

You may manage non-essential cookie choices through any cookie preference tool displayed on our Site, where available, and through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality. You may also contact us at [email protected] regarding privacy choices or requests available under applicable law.

4. How We Disclose Information

Titan Tech does not sell personal information for monetary payment. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and vendors. We may disclose information to providers that assist with hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, monitoring, form processing, customer management, invoicing, payments, professional services, email delivery, storage, or business operations.
  • Client-directed processing. When providing Services, we may transmit or make information available to platforms, providers, or recipients selected, authorized, or controlled by the client.
  • Advertising and analytics providers. Our Site may disclose online activity, device, cookie, and interaction information through technologies such as analytics tags and advertising pixels as described above.
  • Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court order, governmental request, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce contracts, or respond to claims.
  • Business transactions. Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, transfer of business, or related due diligence, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
  • With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.

5. Client Data and Our Role as a Service Provider

Titan Tech may process personal information contained within a client’s website, application, database, hosting account, logs, backups, or connected systems solely to provide requested Services, maintain or secure the environment, comply with documented client instructions, address an incident, or satisfy legal obligations. In those circumstances, the client generally determines the purposes and means of processing its end-user or customer data, and Titan Tech acts as a service provider or processor on the client’s behalf, as applicable.

Requests regarding personal information controlled by a Titan Tech client should ordinarily be directed to that client. We may assist the client in responding to verified requests where required by contract or applicable law.

6. Data Retention

Titan Tech retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, maintain and secure systems, administer client relationships, preserve business and accounting records, satisfy contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and establish or defend legal rights.

Hosted content, databases, backups, credentials, logs, and related client data may be deleted after termination of hosting or related Services in accordance with the applicable contract or, where no separate written term applies, after 30 days. Clients are responsible for exporting and independently preserving their data and maintaining backups outside the applicable hosting platform.

Backup systems and security logs may retain copies for a limited period after deletion from active systems as part of ordinary security, resilience, disaster-recovery, and record-retention processes.

7. Data Security

Titan Tech uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of our Services and the information involved. These may include access controls, secure communications, encryption where appropriate, authentication controls, security monitoring, infrastructure protections, and restricted access based on business need.

No website, transmission method, hosted environment, or information-security program can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate security measures for your own systems, maintaining secure credentials, limiting administrative access, and maintaining independent, restorable backups of your data.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures for targeted advertising. Titan Tech will evaluate and respond to verified privacy requests as required by applicable law.

To submit a privacy request, contact [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. We may retain information as permitted or required for security, accounting, contractual, legal, dispute-resolution, and compliance purposes.

9. Utah Residents

Where the Utah Consumer Privacy Act applies to Titan Tech and your request, Utah consumers may have rights concerning access to, deletion of, and portability of personal data they provided, and the ability to opt out of certain sales of personal data or processing for targeted advertising. Requests may be sent to [email protected].

10. California Residents

Where California privacy law applies to Titan Tech and your information, California residents may have rights regarding notice, access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as well as rights relating to sensitive personal information and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Titan Tech does not sell personal information for monetary payment. Our use of analytics or advertising technologies may constitute “sharing” under California law where that law applies.

California privacy requests may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request.”

11. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain other U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable state law, which may include rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or profiling activities. Where applicable, requests may be submitted to [email protected].

12. Do Not Track and Browser-Based Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals, our Site may not respond to every Do Not Track setting. Where applicable law requires recognition of a valid opt-out preference signal or another legally recognized browser-based request, Titan Tech will process that request as required by applicable law.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so we may review and take appropriate action.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our Site may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party platforms. Those third parties maintain their own privacy practices and policies. Titan Tech is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, content, or security. You should review applicable third-party policies before providing information or using their services.

15. International Visitors

Titan Tech currently focuses its business on customers located in the United States and does not actively market its Services outside the United States. If you access our Site from another country, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or in locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted or required by law.
