Ecommerce release QA checklist
Before a Shopify theme change, Magento deployment or checkout update, decide what your team will test and what evidence it will keep. A list of checks is useful. A record of results lets the next person see what passed, what failed and what still needs a decision.

Define the release and assign the checks
Record the store, environment and release being tested. Identify the changes and the customer paths they affect. Give each check an owner and an expected result before recording its outcome.
Record checkout results and evidence
Keep the result with the check, not in a separate chat thread. Include the evidence reference and an issue reference when the result fails. Your team chooses appropriate test data and a safe test environment; a workbook does not run tests for you.
Retest failures before the release decision
Keep the original failed result and the retest record together. Document any unresolved issue and who decides whether it blocks the release. A high pass percentage does not explain an unresolved checkout failure.
Hand off a readable QA report
The person approving the release needs the scope, results, evidence and remaining issues. Store Release & Checkout QA System provides 100 manual checks, a five-sheet Excel workbook, an offline report and a printable summary for that record.
Merchant or Agency edition?
Merchant is $149 once for one named store and its team, with unlimited releases for that store. Agency is $399 once for one agency, with up to 10 distinct client release reports per calendar month and agency branding on report output. Prices are USD; applicable taxes may be added.
This is a manual QA record, not automated testing, monitoring or release certification. After payment, keep the original checkout browser open to download the ZIP within the 15-minute window, then extract it and open Start Here. No delivery email is sent.
